Chelmsford City 3rd season, league 2.

So i've just been promoted and going to have a look at the free agents and loans in the window, but just wanted some advice on players in league 2, like who gets higher than 7.00 rating in a season ect.. Also a goalscorer. As you can see my squad is ok, the defence is good but the rest is average, i mean collins scored 25 but he played so bad for the whole season. So any help appreciated

I dont know as of yet, i've just finished 2nd season and im in a network game, so waiting for my mate. Thought i'd get some suggestions for players off you guys. My wage budget at the moment is 8.5k and transfer is 7k, but could be improved.
