I've just started a new manager with Chelmsford City in the Blue Square South so far out of 15 I've won 10 drawn 3 and lost 2 but i always seem to concede goals in extra time which is ruining my keepers morale and i have a columbian U20 Winger who has got the best pace in the league but there my strikers cant head the ball
any recommendations what i can do?

i've recently got two new strikers who have started racking up my goals but my problem is with my diffence because i havnt kept a single cleansheet in the league and the board are saying my jobs insecure
