I've changed quite a lot of the Chelmsford squad since being given the job, (9.3.0 Patch) I've got them promoted to the Blue Square Premier and i am expected to avoid relegation but i think we are better than that and I'm currently in the relegation zone I have left an image below of my current squad just wondering if anyone could make me a tactic or enlighten me with some wisdom as I'm almost completely useless at doing tactics myself!

Can no one help anymore? :(

If you made a lot of signngs maybe they just need time to gel,
but anyway try JP Woody's tactic (it's on the recent thread list now)
or Mr Hough's wonder tactic.

Well all this signing were made at the start of the previous season and they gelled well enough in time to win me the blue square south!

And.. can you leave me a link please mate?

Oh sorry.
I assumed you were on FM 2010.
Very sorry.
But anyway, look through the tactics section of this site and find one you like.

Sorry mate,
I can't find any.
I can only suggest you try and make your own.
My suggestions would be a 4-1-2-2-1.
With a defensive mid, one centre mid supporting and one attacking, two wingers and chose your own role for the striker.
Then you would have to set your own passing style etc.
Thats my only suggestion. I remember it working for me.
Sorry.
