and what signings would you say would benifit the team mostly

4-1-2-1-2 worked very well if I remember rightly.

Essien playing as DM, Lampard as AM etc...

Play a 4-5-1 with a DM and attacking wingers, it's what the play IRL, and it definitely worked on '10
