Chelsea - Goals Galore Help

Here is my current team using Goals Galore as instructed - altho struggling to get the best out of my defence. Does anyone suggest any changes that could improve it?

play the 4-4-2 diamond.i playing as luton in the blue squire prem and i am top by 7. luton are clear favs to win the league and chelsea probs are too.
