Try Jorge Pina, or my favourite Miguel Perez. Not exactly top top class, but a steal at 160k and 250k respectively.

Not sure of your tactics but I've had success in the EPL on a budget with David Fuster. I bought him halfway through the second season and he's been a solid supersub for me since. He cost well under 1mil and can play all three attacking midfield positions (as well as central mid). I play a 4-1-2-1-2 but when I want to switch to width I employ him as an advanced playmaker on one wing and a speedy winger on the other.

Sell couple players and buy Di Maria, if u havent updated your database and placed him to Real Madrid.
