Chelsea Second Season 120 m to splash

Hey guys currently playing Chelsea, i havent really bought anything in the first season, so the board have now given me 120 M to splash this season.
I really wanna use to to streghten my team currently line-up

Cech
Azpillicueta - Terry - Luiz - Cole
Mikel/Essien - Lampard/ Meireless


Hulk Mata Eden Hazard
Torres

Any advices on great players that could improve the first team, or a huge prospect. Just looking for ideas !

The brilliance with Chelsea is that you have such a deep youth academy, there's no real need to sign many players, Courtois, Bertrand, Lukaku, De Bruyne, et al can be very good players. Perhaps get one youth player for every position
