Chelsea tactic help!!

Hi guys i have been using chelsea on football manager but my tactic seems to have come to a fault and hardly scoring or even winning against teams like hull and west brom.

My tactic formation is this

Does any body else have any good tactics for chelsea and maybe scoring goals with 2 strikers gone off playing with 1.

What players out of the ones i have got in my squad would you recommend to us with your tactic ?

I put Oscar as AMR and Hazard as AML and they got tons of assists, i bought Mitrovic and put him upfront with Demba Ba, Lampard and Ramires in midfield with Luiz and I signed Mangala in defence.
