HEY

At first, Im not Engilshman so sorry for my English.

I have problem beacause my Chelsea play very weak. I scored very little goals and my players play ugly.
In my opinion I have fantastic team and players.

How I set my players?
And how I set team instructions and players instructions???
I never won with Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, LIverpool..
IN Champions League I have huge problems too.

This is my team:
I bought two new players
James Ward-Prowse from Southapton
and
Samuel Umtiti

well first you shouldnt have a CM pairing of BBM and BWM, both these roles tend to "roam from position", perhaps go with BBM and CM set on defend for home games and BWM and CM on defend for away
If you tend to concede a lot, trying setting your DL and DR to Fullback support or defend
Oscar plays really well on Advanced Playmaker support, and i usually put the AMR to Inside Forward with support

Who Is the best? Mitrovic Lukaku or Lewandowski for Advanced Forward?

Everyone writing that Ward-Prowse is great and Mitrovic.
In my Chelsea they play very weak. Why?

When I've used 4-2-3-1 with two CMs, I've gotten by best results away from home by playing Counter mentality and Balanced fluidity. And to echo the comment above, yeah, you don't want a box to box midfielder alongside a ball-winner, since both of those players will tend to move out of their positions when in possession and can really leave your center-backs exposed if you lose possession and don't win it back right away. It would probably be a good idea to change one of them (I would say the BWM) to a CM with a Defend duty or a DLP with a Defend duty, so that you have someone sitting back in front of your back two to protect them from quick counter-attacks, especially in a league like England where you'll see a good amount of 4-4-2, which leaves your center-backs paired up 2 vs. 2 with no cover.
