Has anyone got a Chester challenge, in there new league and that... with no players and hardly no money?... just wondering if anyone has made this database, would they been kind enough to upload it on here. Or if someone will make it...

A Chester Challenge has been made , you go Transfer Updates ....Custom Updates and if you scroll down your find a database named ' Chester Pheonix FC'.Ive tried to download but I cant get it to work , if you choose to download it and it works could your tell me how you did it?
