Chinese striker ?!

I just started my 5th season with Manchester United and one of my scouts highly recommended a chinese striker from Bayern Munich. I think his name was Hao Xiaolong, or something like that.
His stats are amazingly good and he's 21 now.

Does anyone now this guy?
my scouts says he's better than Wayne Rooney
Did anyone also found this guy and how does he play?

A player created by the game due to players retiring so need to replace players. So by about 2030 I expect there to be zero players and all regens.
