Chinese Super League All Star Match

So ive been managing in for 2 seasons now, and both times I was selected as Manager for the CSL All Star team.

Does anyone know how it works?

I assumed that it was the league champions vs CSL All star team, but, my team won the league in the second season, and I played the winners from last year (Who finished 6th this year). Does anyone know what determines what team plays the CSL All Star Team?

Also, does anyone know how the teams are picked? My keeper won keeper of the year, but wasnt selected, and my ST won ST of the year and wasnt selected either!

I think I have worked it out. There is a "ranking" system, which they were top of which would make sense
