What are the best/Most important stats i should look for in each staff role?

Assistant Manager

Coach
Attacking coaching
Defence coaching
Tactical coaching & knowledge

GK Coach
Goalkeepers

Fitness Coach
Fitness coaching

Physio
Physiotherapy

Scout
Judging player potential & current ability

I am unsure about what skills for the assistant manager
