Choosing the Philosophy.

Here are my three questions regarding philosphy.

Q1) What are the main criterias that you consider when choosing the philosophy for your tactic?

Q2) Does it depend on your tactic or your tactic depends upon the philosophy?

Q3) To what extent does a philosophy affects a tactic?

I only use philosophy to enable my DoF to be targeting the right kind of player. (Usually lots of youngsters for the 1st team but sometimes for higher profile players when we become a large club).

q1) Depends on the way you think football. Do you want your players to only execute what they are asked to ? Or do you want them to execute more than what they are asked to ?

q2) the tactic is a part of the model, a part of your thinking, it's a component.
