Ok, tried out this tactic, using it as "plug and play" with Southampton, and newest patch (15.3.2).
Had an average assistant manager, who took control og all training, press conferences and in a few games OI, although I had best results when not using OI.
I controlled match prep, which was set to "attacking".
Only transfer in was Nkoulou in defence, and no players sold. Bad squad harmony first half of the season due to Schneiderlin and Clyne wanting to move to bigger clubs. And Jay Rodriguez only returned from injury in the last 8 games.
I managed to get 2nd place! in the Premier League! And also won the Capital One Cup. Went out of the FA Cup in sixth round to Man United.
I got 74 points, scored 79 goals and conceded 45. So quite a few conceded goals, but the great attack comes with a prixe I guess... It is amazing to score so many goals with weak players like Shane Long, Mayuka, Gallagher, Mané and Tadic (who had to be reschooled into attacker).
Pelle was very good though, hitting 26 goals. Seems like a good idea to have a strong finisher who's good in the air up front. Lots of headed goals, from crosses coming from both fullbacks.
Excellent tactic. Thanks!
