The goal of this thread.
In this thread I am gonna show my latest tactics. No new threads anymore, just the tactics over here in several different comments. I hope you're gonna enjoy my tactics and keep an eye on it in some days. The table above shows the latest tweaks in this thread. So, all you have to do is check the table to see what's new. In this reaction below I will show some Football Managers tips that helped me playing the game. Enjoy all, guys.

Tactic Testing and Results.
First, I would like to thank Will for this tactic testing database. I appreciate that very much. I am always trying to show some results the tactic gave me and you can trust me on my tactic testing results. But I have to say I don't think it is fair to publish other people's tactic results in a non tactic testing thread. I also don't want to say my tactics are better than people's. So please don't ask me to show other people's tactic results in 'my' TTL to compare my tactics with other people's tactics. I appreciate all the work other people did for their tactics.

Training.
In every career and for every tactic I select 'rest before and after the match' to give my players the rest they need. Sometimes, in several matches in a few days I select manual rest for my key players to get them full energy for (big) matches. I always train my players individual to the roles they play in the tactic and I make sure they are able to play in that position (and role). I also train, for example, my rights back to play at the left so they can play at that position when I need that. I focus in the beginning at a balanced training, because my players get to know all aspects of the tactic. When a big match is coming up I switch to a 'defensive positioning' and when I am the big favorites I switch to 'attacking movement' focus. But this is all up to you, get to know the trainings methods and learn to work with it.

Opposition instructions.
I haven't used any opposition instructions for all my tactics. I am always trying to make my tactics without opposition instructions for players that use FMC. But, there is a chance my tactics will work better with some opposition instructions. So, if you don't get the results you want, you can try to tweak the tactics or add some opposition instructions. I recommend to use opposition instructions from other people's tactics. Pick OI's if you like and let me know if it really shows a big difference.

Building a team.
This year's FM it is really important you pay attention at your squad, instead of pluggin' just a good tactic in. You need to create a stable base of players you can work with, which begins at the back. Buy some good CD's and full backs. Losing means a lot of bad morale and a losing streak. If you can't win, make sure you don't lose. That sort of quotes. Second, pay attention at your team morale and do whatever you promise to your players. Learn to rotate between players to keep them happy and give them the right contract, like a substitute players can't have a key player contract.
And even more important, do not just trust on your assistant manager by 'assistan manager pick team'. He will set a lot of players at wrong positions and into roles. If you want to do it really good have a look at what is needed for every role, think logic for it and see if a players had the best stats for that.

Later more..

This tactic is a tweaked Sir. Goalalot tactic. The maker did a very good job with his attempt and I am not gonna say that this version is better. I just tested both tactics with the same schedule and circumstances and both had very good results but are a bit different. If you like you can use the original and the tweaked one, for even better results because the opposition can't predict with which version you're going to play.

I used another formation and choose some different team instructions to give the players more creativity and a different attacking play. They two strikers at front are scoring a lot of goals, the false nine scored in 60 matches 41 goals and the advanced forward 76.

I really want to thank Sir Goalalot for his original tactic and Calamity for his standard situations.

The tactic had a home form of 29/1/0 and only got 5 goals against in 60 matches. This is not 100% Will's database and Will hasn't tested the tactic above so far.

THE DEMOLISHER (MVG)!

This tactic is a three strikers tactic and is one of the most scoring tactics I have tested. The tactic is a flat four defenders, three midfielders and three strikers tactic. I guess this tactic is better for the better teams of the league, but I am not one hundred percent sure. Please let me know about the results!

Important!

The right striker has man mark at the left back of the opposition. This man mark setting is already in the tactic, but if the opposition left back is substituted you need to set it manually again. You also can delete this setting if the right defender of the opposition is better than the left one (set manual man mark at their right back) or if they use attacking backs instead of normal backs (make sure you set this on your own at the tactic screen in-match).

THE WOLFPACK!

Yes, a new tactic which is made into two versions. These versions aren't a home and away tactic, but if you want you can use it like that. I made just a version for the better teams (overload) and a versions for the lower teams (counter). But still both versions work out really well and I switched a lot between them. On to the tactic screenshot.

Both tactics have the same formation and the same roles.

I made this tactic when managing Annecy in the France lower leagues. Each season I could end up first using these two versions, without any changes. I don't know If I can continue like this till I am in the Ligue 1. Hope to see some results like below, guys!

Note: I added the 1.2 version Counter as that is a counter tactic with the same mentality and team shape as SirGoalalot. That tactic (the 1.2) absolutely doesn't work in Lower Leagues, but I wanted to add that version as the Original Goalalot is a massive tactic. Again, I haven't tweaked another tactic, all three versions below are from a blank tactic, Haven't tested that one!

Note: The Overload version is also playable with a 'very structured' team shape. Could be a great tweak!

NOTE 1: The Version 6 of Evolution is called the best underdog tactic (so far) of this forum in the testing league from Mr Langvatn and his team. But, this tactic is used with a structured team shape with a mid table (wrong!) club and a structured for underdog (good!). Should perform better overall when using it right. Thanks for the testing, guys!

NOTE 2: Version 6 gave people the best results. Use a structured team shape if you are the underdog to win the match, use a flexible team shape if you are favorite to win the match. Flexible let you score more goals, but the structured is much more solid.

So it seems this is not the season of 4-3-3 with wingers

Well, that depends on how you use them. The attacking duty for wingers is absolutely not a good option, in my opinion. But I guess you're right because this year the wingers aren't that effective as other years.

first impression of 4-4-2 are very good, very solid defence, played only few games so far i hope it will stay like that

Hey m8, I've played couple games with barsa with THE DEMOLISHER (MVG)!
Its absolutely bullshit, I'm lost sevilla in uero supercup 3:0 with ball possession 67%, and 18 shots on target and 12 shots on goal, and lose second game against athletic 2:0 without any chances to win( They exceeded me in shots on target, on shots on goals and possession ( It's sad but true

To get a final sense of tactics should be training with bars and mesh tactics maximum ... It tactics emplacam only after complete, others already give results at the moment ...

I look forward to testing the ChristianEriksen tactics, but only I can tomorrow
