As far as I know the PPM 'dictates tempo' overrides the default tempo I have set the team to play at...right?

So... I have learned my playmaker to have this PPM, but other none playmaker's in my team also have 'dictates tempo'.
If I sub my playmaker, will the other players playing who have this PPM dictate the tempo?
Or is this PPM only active for a player who is marked as the playmaker's for the tactic?

The playmaker I have has a main strength of 'intelligence' so I want him calling the shots when playing.

Yes, the 'dictates tempo' PPM over-rides the default tempo you have set.

As far as I am aware the PPM is always active, regardless of who is selected as play-maker.

Players that have this as a preferred move should have a high rating in 'decisions' and 'creativity', if that's not the case with any of your players with this PPM I would suggest unlearning the move.

Ahh, thank you.

Its as I feared then.
Looks like I still have work to do to perfect my team.
