No Tevez?

he, aguero and demichelis weren't called up

edit: due to Milito's injury, Tevez will probably called up, but he'll be a sub, Batista wants to try using Messi as nº9 like he does in barsa

Don't start that one, Messi > Ronaldo, for the majority of people anyway.
I'd call BS, their personas and manner of conducting business are the only thing that set em apart so stfu.

Portugal will win it, it will not be a goal fest, but a hammering.

3-1

Tevez is not playing, nor is Agüero. Batista has called up a few new players and left some of the old guard at their respective clubs. Argentina is not going to play with their best 11, although Messi on his own is way more than most teams.

This is the complete list of players called up by Batista:

Sergio Romero (AZ Alkmaar)
Mariano Andújar (Catania)

Javier Zanetti (Internazionale Milano)
Pablo Zabaleta (Manchester City)
Gabriel Milito (Barcelona)
Nicolás Pareja (Espanyol, Injured)
Nicolás Burdisso (Roma)
Ezequiel Garay (Real Madrid)
Marcos Rojo (Spartak Moskva)
Nicolás Otamendi (Porto)

Esteban Cambiasso (Internazionale Milano)
Fernando Gago (Real Madrid)
Javier Mascherano (Barcelona)
Ever Banega (Valencia)
Lucas Biglia - At ******* last! (Anderlecht)
Ángel Di María (Real Madrid)
Jose Sosa (Napoli)
Enzo Perez (Estudiantes, replaced by "Pochi" Chavez, Boca Juniors)
Javier Pastore (Palermo)

Lionel Messi (Barcelona)
Ezequiel Lavezzi (Napoli)
Diego Milito (Internazionale Milano, injured)
Nicolás Gaitán (Benfica)
Juan Manuel Martinez (Velez)

I'm backing Argentina, but who the **** knows who'll win. Both teams have put four past the world champions and with all the expected tinkering I can't say for sure who'll have the stronger line-up. I just hope both Messi and Ronaldo start, as we'll be telling our kids one day about matches like this.

What a mockery.

This game is more than about just Messi and Ronaldo, especially considering it's only a friendly.
