If you can get fabregas for free then do it (and any other good players they have), its a one time oportunity - if you don't want the players you sign you can just sell them for profit 6 months down the line

You might as well take Fabregas, Van Persie and Arshavin and sell them on at least, Ramsey usually has a PA of above 190 on my saves, Sagna's good backup
