Closing Down as a Team

Does anybody know how to sort this? I have all of my players to close down Whole Pitch, but I see my front 3 just standing up front, not closing down anyone. How do you get your team to press and close down as one, instead of a few not bothering?

Have you put in your team instructions "Press More" and "More Roaming" ? Also, reduce their creative freedom.
