Closing down ?

Sometimes the *** Manager tells me that one specific player is used to "close down opponents more often then asked today."

1. What is the reason for that ?
2. How can I change for the better ?

Usually I will just ignore it, but it may be because of the players creative freedom setting, aggression, or because of some other factor. To change it just select the player in the tactics screen go into advanced and change his closing down option manually.

It is manually, almost every tactical line is manually set. Where should I put the bar in this case ?

player probably hasn't gotten used to your tactical settings yet should go away after a while.
