Club not accepting offer even after beating minimum Release Clause

I'm Trying to buy Laporte from Bilbao and gave them 65 Million which is the release clause yet they are not accepting it for some reason. is this a Bug?

It's because you're setting it as end of season. It needs to be immediate. You can check, because as soon as the criteria is met, there will be a line of text telling you they need to accept.

That was indeed the problem. Wanted to make this deal so bad that i didn't even notice it was set for the end of the season.
