Club owned by another club ?

I am playing Gloucester and I came upon something like this:

Does it mean that my facilites are shared with Cheltenham or that my club is owned by another club?!
What implications does it have for me?

Looks like it is just the stadium that you rent (which they do in real life due to flooding)

yes, in the top left you can see that's info about Whaddon Road stadium, not Gloucester the team.

You just rent the stadium... that's all

In the netherland you also have this but then its a club owned by another club. (Psv > jong Psv | Ajax > jong Ajax) And you can transfer players for free between these clubs

But you just rent the stadium in this case.
