I am man utd in first season and looking to sign reus and sanchez, should i set clubs philosophy as buy big name players then drop it to buy young talent and buy english players second season to sign the likes of shaw, bslanta and caulker?
Just go as it is, why do you need to fulfil it if you eventually want them to scrap it? Also they might ask but they rarely change. After 6 seasons I'm a legend at my club, yet board won't cancel a philosophy I proposed at start.
I never go for that philosophy and be very careful with it. There are not many players with a worldwide reputation to start with and to sign them will always be hard. I used this philosophy before but the down side is the board expects you to sign a star player each year because the promise will reset at the start of each season. Unless your ok with that
