OK, so I started a new game (2015) at a club the the Conf North, stadium capacity 1500. Its now 2019 and my stadium has been increased to almost 11000 but on the 3D match engine it still looks the same. Just an end stand and a main side stand. While the construction was going on there was what looked like a whole new stand being built but at the end it just looked the same.
