Club Structure

In most FM clubs (or at least most known ones) the club has a owner(or consortium) who is the chairman. Apart from Barcelona,who are unique(i think) , clubs in Portugal have elections. This doesnt pleases me at all,as I never get tycoon or anything,just elections with no investment. Is there anyway I can change this?Preferably in a already saved game,but would be cool to know how to do it in new games.

Already did,noticed nothing about it.Altought i found an option on editor " Public limited company " ,which might have to do with it.

if you untick that and change to a sugar daddy you will get money.
