Club won't give me... any budget and set really low maximum wage?

Wrexham save, brought them from League 2 to Champions League winners in 2029. They handed me a budget of 100 million pounds in like 2026, after that I only received next to nothing. Winning literally anything with Sky Bet Championship quality players here, and I can't sign literally any Premier League players as the board set a maximum wage of 150.000 per week?

I can't even ******* hold my own players. I pay all of them 150k now, I still got two thirds of my wage budget unusued. Man UFC or Man City or what not however offer them 300k per week straight up.

I'm really at my wits end here...

How do you buy you player's, installments? What's you club current balance?
You can alaways interact with the board and ask for more money, but wont be of any use if the club balance is low.
