Is it possible for a team to go out of business, or be relegated for having so much debt?

i doubt it had teams being deducted points and having to sell players cheaply

on past fm 10 i saw utd go into huge debt , get deducted 9 points and have to sell vidic , rooney etc
but the 9 point deduction only made them finish 2nd.
the next season they got taken over by a billionare and bought messi , kaka etc
