Club's that would increase my scouting knowledge ?.

I've asked the board if we could take a feeder club for the above reason, and was wondering who the best club to go for would be ?. Cheers

Brazilian sides are always good, or Russian clubs have been good for me too. But scouting knowledge can be improve with getting more scouts in the right places usually
