Is it possible to manager the Under 21 & 19 of say a club and work your way through the ranks to get the main side jobs or is it the main side only and the Under 21 & 19 are for International sides only coz I would love to start at the under 19 at a club and then work my way to get the main side

I've always said this would be more realistic and better in the long run, but no you cannot.

Hopefully it'll be something they'll include in the future, as it'd be really satisfying to work your way up from being a relatively unknown U19 manager to taking a shot at the 1st team management role if the current manager got sacked.

I know in Spain and Portugal you can take control of the B sides but working as a under 19 coach would be realistic and I think I answered my own ? in the OP :(

There are a couple of academies that are in leagues in Australia, for example AIS, they are restricted to signing players over 20 forever, you could start with one of them?

Couple in Ghana, Right to Dream Academy etc..
