A few years ago I did some research for Stuart Milne, the Scottish Head of Research. I researched Alloa, my home town club, a team I used to go to see regularly (me and my mates ever formed a young supporters club 
).
Anyway was randomly talking on irc today to people ive 'known' for years and the subject came up. Obviously its a pretty good boast...i got my name in the CM credits (o and dont tell SI but i also added myself in as a scout). Someone on the irc chatroom found this page, http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/championship-manager-4/credits (i'm Gregor Smith btw) which then linked to this http://www.mobygames.com/developer/sheet/view/developerId,171171/ , a devloper profile, which i thought was pretty cool.
Anyway this lead me to wanna see if there was anything else about myself and CM4 on the net so i googled it. I got an interesting hit, this http://www.gregorsmith.com/blog/2004/12/17/me-and-the-firefox-new-york-times-advert/
In it the guy claims he was in CM4, even links to a screenshot of CM4 credits with my name highlighted. One of the comments, as sad as it is, annoyed me:
"From Alloa to Inter in a click of a button!
The thousand of people I have told are mega impressed."
