Is it possible to start with a national team? I got recently an offer from The Netherlands in Classic Mode. So I was wondering if I could start with a land.

yeah you can just when your picking s team and the drop down list appears for what league to pick click on that and at the top it says national teams and just pick a team

You need to either have purchased the national team management app in the store or gained it in the achievements by getting manager of the year 3 times. Then you can use the store and activate at the start of a game.
