Coach to be a director of football?

Hello all,

When i do a search for a director of football I get coaches coming up in the search, are they likely to accept the role?

When searching I put in the attributes I want and put in is not an assistant manager.

Any help much appriciated

Yes man you can contract these they just have to have the right attributes and obsviously accept.Cheers

When you offer people a role that is not their preferred role they are less likely to accept - but if you through enough money their way they may be tempted.
