Is there something to be lost by assigning an extra coach to a training category if his attribute in that area is low? In each category, the only feedback the game gives you is coaches' workload and lead coach star rating. There's nothing about average or overall rating or anything like that. On the other hand, the workload depends on the number of coaches assigned to the category.
So, what would stop me from hiring one specialist coach for each category, then assigning my asst mgr to every category to reduce the workload. Does his lower star ratings actually hinder the training in that category? (e.g fitness coach assigned to strength, his star rating is 5. Asst mgr also assigned to the same category at 1 star)
