Coaches get worse

in my man city save, i had three coaches, all 4 and a half stars in there categories, but, at the start of the new season, they've dropped to 4 stars, and, one has dropped to 3 and a half. they're not old either. help pl0x. =[

may have something to do with determination. not sure though tbh-never had that problem. Yet anyway lol

Perhaps your team's standards got better? Were there any attribute drops for the coaches?

team standard has nothing to do with that. Its natural, if it can go up, it can go down
