im not sure how this works, but i sign a coach with 20 attacking attribute and when I put him in my training category for attacking it is only 3.5 stars, can someone please explain how this works??
Attacking coaching isn't the only thing that determines the training rating. The coach also needs good ratings for level of discipline, motivation, determination to get a good category training rating I think.
