Do coaches make a difference to your team, I mean the better they are the better your team will get in training ect? does anyone know?

the better your coaches the better your players will develop! that should be a no brainer

if this guy was at say QPR, he would not develop as well as he is doing now and over a 10 year period. (if all else is equal, i.e: no injuries, first team football etc) with better coaches, players will get closer to their PA!

I get the best coaches possible as soon as possible! without good coaches your players wont reach their potential!
