coaching 2 teams at same time?

hi, i am currently coaching man city and would like to coach algeria to the world cup but having trouble doing so.

Not only can i not apply for algeria's coaching job, i cannot create a new manager to replace him and free up the job after resigning. the NEW MANAGER OPTION is not available for some reason.

any help or avise would be appreciated.

i would hate retarting the game after having a perfect season.

Seems odd that the add new manager option is unavailable. If that is the case, it seems you might be unfortunate and have to start a new game.
