As I always start a long term save in every FM, I always start with the worst attributes possible and slowly get my way up.
Sadly, there is always those 3 attributes I can never get higher :
Working With Youngsters : I admit, I always had difficulty to manage traning of players, I often let that to my asst managers, or my youth staffs. I bet it's due to this.
Adaptibility: That I have no clue, I often travel everwhere, and I get good result.
Level of Discipline : Now that, I don't get it. I fine player, I talk to them when they play badly, etc... SO I need help with that.
