Hi All,

Playing my Southampton save currently and have just got promotion to championship and am now improving my staffing levels.

My question is......What attributes should i be looking for in a Youth Coach and a First Team Coach?

Im southampton in my save too. comprtin for champions league in 2017. I lyk to look for 20 working with youngsters and 20 judging player potential. and then at least 10 on all determination,level of discipline and motivation. the first team coach in my opinion should be a good man manager. in my save i use martin keown. i think hes a handy one. lots of people have different takes tho.
