Am now Starting to take R.Madrid back to the Glory, but unfortunately am having some difficulties with my players like for example Ronaldo and casillas are always have a trouble in getting motivated by me as i am a low reputation manager :S:S

Any Idea What to do about it

Tell them yuo expect to win before matches and be a bit harsher with team talks.
That should help

in half time team talks when i see ronaldo under 7 ( like 6.7 or less ) i always say disappointing, after the game i see my team talk review he's always angered, isnt he supposed to be motivated

I'm sorry but there isn't much you can do right now. After a while (don't really know how long time) they won't care anymore if you win some titels. and since you are real I think you will do.
