Coaching Players.. Reserve Team or First Team(available to Reserve Team)?

Little vague, i mean, what is better. for a under 20 hot prospect. This is because of my Reserve team Coaching which sucks.

Will the Senior Coaches will coach the players in my reserve team or not? if not, so it is better to let them in 1st team then make them available in reserve matches?..I need answer please..THANKS
