Coaching staff in FM vs. IRL

Am I the only one who can't understand why you need around 8 coaches + ***. man to get a decent training setup in FM, yet IRL clubs has alot less?

Take Tottenham for example. Besides Pochettino, they have an ***. man, a coach and a goalkeeping coach.

I feel that FM lacks alot in terms of realism in this area.

Er.. spurs have close to 10 coaches at senior level

According to your link they have 3 coaches. FM expects you to have about up to about 8 to have as high a star rating as possible.

Conditioning and Nutriction come under fitness coaches, then you have the academy staff, that cover both in FM
