Firstly yep my fault there are 3 players in the first eleven (6) but thats even better ^^), secondly for Aiwars. Im not going to make it show off topic and just tell you that i checked how Lithuania have done so far. Not very well. In seasons 2020-24 they didnt win a single game even no friendlies and unfortunately they havent got any further than group qualification games. World ranking is 132 and there are only 2 players in the database who are eligable for Lithuanian national team and they suck badly ! ok thats it lets go back to the story !

Great story pal, I started a game with a level 7 team. What tips would you give me?

there are like hundreds of tips to give, but most important ones !

First if u use Genie Scout, then sort out the players first and then sign them.
Second enlarge ur scouting system, because its more than necessary to improve ur knowlagde if u have lower level team.
Third get rid of old and useless players and do it rationally. I mean players who benefit ur team let them stay
Fourth look at your salaries. Get rid of the players who dont get playing time and have huge salaries.
Fifth make ur own tactics, look at your best players and fit them into best possible formation !
Sixth look for better parent team, if possible Premier League team, they send u loan players.
Seventh try to get good friendlies in preseason to fill up ur budget
Eight do not sign one star player who gets many times more money than others !!! if u do so, then team morale will fall and everything else also go to worse than it was before.
Ninth looking for players try the search option and filter out players who are willing to yoin ur team, and then if u use genie scout look how talented and prospective players are they !
Tenth do not use U-18 players in every game. They will get much faster tired than older folks in ur team, and u will ruin their talent. It of course depends on every player differently and in lower league games it doesnt matter so much, but when u get higher its more important.
Eleventh try to improve ur training facilities and trainers. (coaches) this is really important. I usually build up from youngsters and if u have good facilities and trainers u get much more out of youngsters ! thats a fact !!!
