TRANSFERS
Eesti: Essential player in our team. At least he went several levels higher not in the same league. He has got a huge potential to grow maybe even Championship level left winger in the future. This season he played huge part in our good results providing 6 goals and 7 assists in 20 games
FIXTURES
Eesti: Our form was unbelivable in January. After Wandrope left and some key members injuries we started very bad run in February and it continued full month with disasterous 4 straight defeats. Trying my best to change fortunes next month. New additions have started badly.
Eesti: If we could of get 2 wins and 2 losses in February we would be still fighting for the promotion places. 10 games to go and catch 7 points will be a hard challenge, but it is in our hands and we must do everything to get the correct results.

Eesti: This is tremendeous blow for our team. He was THE BEST winger in this league and on my point of view the best Fosters player this season so far. Weymouth can be very lucky to get him. Amazing 11 goals, superb 16 assists in only 30 games. Great talent also. Sad that he did not stay even 1 full season.

Eesti: I am satisfied how managed to turn around the defeats to wins lately, but we will be missing 2 key players who left in latter stages of the season. Hinshelwood and of course Huke were fundamental part of the good results. Give our best to get promotion playoff spot, but there is only 4 games to go and 7 points difference between last promotion playoff spot.

Eesti: Our best striker left. He did quite solid season and scored 22 goals + 10 assists + 7 MoM and average rating 7,39 this season with 38 games. Impressive and now he is back in Scotland.

Eesti: We lost a lot of good players in these months. Machisa DC was best of them. Fluctuation of players going through Fosters ranks is way too high. I would of love if board give me some options to sign at least part time deals with key members of the team.
Eesti: Got some really good and talented youngsters and our scouts did magnificent work and provided a good list of Premier League and Championship teams youngsters who left their teams.

9TH OCTOBER 2024 MARTIN EESTI GOT SACKED FROM COCKFOSTERS
Eesti: This is hard. The club what I was planning to take on a big journey and build up as a masterpiece and one day make it maybe even Premier League side sacked me. Yes I agree that results were not the best lately, but I had full confidence to improve them and move up in the table. I feel frustrated, but it is a place where to learn and go forward. Situation is not the best, but one day I want to take a manager position back in this great club. Fosters belongs in League football and I sincerely hope that new manager will do a great job here and get them promotion.

Eesti: This guy is total asset to the team. He played 3 games under me before I got fired and did it awfully, but he is best rated player and has promising talent to be even worth to play in Premier League. Hope he will play better in the future for Fosters.
FUTURE PLANS
Eesti: I plan to find another team and prove that I am capable of achieving good results. Keeping my eye on Fosters and if there is going to be an option to join them I will grab it instantly. I do not wanted to get fired and I have a long way to go with Cockfosters. Hope it will happen in the near future. I will still be updating the progress of Fosters while trying to get their manager in the meantime and get some success with other club.

JANUARY 2025 MARTIN EESTI
Eesti: I was sure to get this job. I wanted to move them away from relegation zone and maybe next year in first 6th. Hopes were high, but I guess after being sacked it is not easy to stand up. At least I think I would be good option for them.
Eesti: I know well that if I did not get Carrick position as manager then Birmingham would be a total tease. Anyway I put my application in and it was pretty fast refused. Well I guess I need to build up myself from the bottom. Hopefully somebody will give me a chance to prove my management skills.
Eesti: Even Cove Rangers do not see any good in me. Feeling bad, but trying to keep optimism that I will get a job soon

Looking forward for this chapter of my manager career. Good thing is also, that last season just finished and I have more than 3 months to build the team up before League starts in March 2025.
Eesti: Rules are simple, but 4 foreign players in first team regulation is a really difficult thing what makes it hard to compete in Europe. And it means in the future must stand for own youngsters and find the best Estonian players, because there are no exceptions. If you are Finnish or Brazilian you are in both ways foreign player. Need to choose wisely who to sign in the future.

Here we got superb GK Huuhtanen, loand deal from Maribor AMC position Tendeng and Estonian young striker Sapovalov. I think all of them will first 11 key members already.

Eesti: Antonov is best rated LB Estonian player. Matko was for free and is really young. Most probably do not get a lot of playing time due to foreign players restrictions, but if he shows good development when why not.
