Eesti: I send my application. Again they do not have enough funds to complete the deal and take most possibly totally unknown manager in lead. My target is with Levadia to Upgrade training and youth facilities to State of Art level and reach finally to CL group stage. After that I will resign and hope that Fosters will have a available manager position. Also I plan to invest money to Fosters to improve and boost their financial position.

Eesti: Highly unlikely to get even to interview due to the buy out clause, but maybe after 2nd cash injection to the club there is enough cash to buy me over? I am honest my mission is still going with Levadia (1st build facilities to be State of Art level 2nd Reach to group stages in CL as the first club in Estonia ever) and I would love to finish it, but if there is a slight chance to get back to Fosters I would not hesitate to take the opportunity. If this try is unsuccessful I will invest more money to Fosters team. And at 1 point I will resign from Levadia when my aims are reached and Fosters managerial position opens.

Eesti: This is actually unacceptable. I need to hold the best players in the team to reach to CL group stages. Palcic was super well performing CB who would build up a good strong wall in defense in Europe games. Sad and only for 1.8M, his worth in the market should be at least 10M £. This is not good signs from our board to intervene like this.​

Eesti: Another example. Puro just got Estonian citizenship and remove the tension on 4 foreign players restriction heavily. No board accepted to make him into money. At least the sum of money we got from him is reflecting more accurately his actual value. He played really well in summer months. Good luck to him in Las Palmas​

Eesti: With Stancu it was a different story. He is and was a really good player for us. Just his age, high salary and his willingness not to sign a new contract made it clear that we need to get some cash from him before he leaves on free transfer. Besides our scouts and I have made superb work to find tens of great youngsters to replace him instantly.​

Eesti: Rosado was really great capture for us last season. He is quick good skilled player, but his wages 6,5k £ per week made a lot disrupture in team.As I earlier mentioned we signed a bunch of good youths and this good 25 year old lad is oldie next to them + gives higher salary expectations to others. Try to keep salary fond in stabilized position and not to offer any players over 4k £ per week.

Eesti: He somehow did not fit into the team and his efforts in football field were poor. Also same strategy to reduce the salary cap 5.75k £ per week too much for player who nearly get playing time. And this englishman is also 25 years old already. I would of given him away for free, but we manage to get from Romanian team hefty 300k £ for him.

Eesti: This was a huge blow in many ways again. President is interested only in money, but in the long run results and future. Ott was indispensable asset to our team. Not only providing loads of goals and assists he was a true leader between players. I hoped that he will stay with the club until we have won one of the Euro competitions "for example Conference tournament". Only 1.9M £ what da heck. In my valuation his value should of been near 15M £ in minumum offer. I know that he is not going to be wonderkid, but for past 10 years best prospect and player for Estonia for sure. At the moment he is the best player in Estonian National squad.

Eesti: Edigle was a pure diamond we got from free market, but he insisted to put a small release clause and now this is the result. He was divine in Euro games and in league games and with 425k £ SPAL got a superstar for very cheap price.

Eesti: This is the first time I am not going to give my application in for the vacant managerial position in Fosters. We failed to get to the group stages with Levadia and facilities needs to be upgraded. I plan still to invest money into Fosters that they would have good foundation to build successful team in the near future.
