Where can I see the effect of win bonuses on my budget ?

If I choose low win bonuses would the payroll budget be lower ?

Let's say I have reached the limit of my payroll budget...And I'm looking for a way to lower it to get extra cash to sign someone...Would choosing low Collective win Bonuses enable me to lower the payroll budget?

I like to micromanging every penny I could scrape ,so where can I see the effect of choosing low Collective win Bonuses ...
I know where to find the effect on the moral of players...That's not the issue here...I am accepting the consequences of poor moral as long as I know what the trade off is...
Have anyone looked into it ? Have you gotten a lower budget payroll ? If not I don't get why I should choose low bonuses since I don't understands what the benefits are ? I mean where can I see the benefits exactly ?

Players are more motivated with high bonuses. This is conveyed to you before each game. I cannot remember the abbreviation, but it's something like "BON".

When you choose the bonuses, you're told how much the increase or decrease in the budget will be.
