Combinations

Firstly I hope I have this in the right section. What i wanted to know is what combinations people use, mainly in central midfield i.e a deep lying playmaker and a box to box midfielder. Is it possible to use a deep lying playmaker and an advanced playmaker or will this confuse your team?
Id also be interested to hear your combinations in defence and up front. Do you like having one limited defender and one ball playing, one target man and one poacher?

usually i play a CM support and a ballwinning mid, in the heart of the midfield and leave the creativity either to the AMC wingers or strikers
striker wise i always play a poacher, with a supporting striker, like a complete or deeplying forward with a lot of creative freedom
