Compare Players for Position / Instructions

Hi Forum

I'm new to the game and have some troubles comparing players. If I select some instructions and duties in the tactics section the program (thankfully) shows me some important attributes for this job.

Is there a way to compare players on this or any other screen to the given instructions to see who's best for this position?!

Thanks for any answers or hints.

The easiest way (I guess) is :
1. Take a piece of paper and write down the stats required for the position.
