Compensation Youth Players/Prospects

Hi there so I have this thing when I play football Manager I love to find hot prospects/youth players when you start the game who you can bring in on compensation from there clubs.


Some of the players I've found are
Richairo Zivkovic From FC Groningen is usually wanted by the top 5 in England
Alberto Cerri - Parma -Serie A is usually wanted by the top 5 in England

My question is does anybody know of these types of players that I can sign for a compensation at the start of the game.
I love to build a youth team.

I know players like Will Hughes,Max Clayton are good youths just need a transfer fee.
I am looking for players you offer a contract and sign for a said compensation

any help would be great.
